• Can I use my gift card outside Canada?

  No, gift cards purchased using CAD are only accepted at participating locations in Canada.

• How do I check the balance of a gift card?

  You can check the balance of your gift card online at https://dairyqueen.wgiftcard.com/rbc/dairyqueencanada or by calling 1-800-230-1109.

• What if my gift card is lost or stolen?

  DQ gift cards are active at the time of purchase and should be treated like cash. If your gift card is lost or stolen and you can provide us with the 16-digit gift card number and proof of purchase, a replacement card can be sent at the gift card’s value when we are notified. If you’re not able to provide the 16-digit gift card number, we will unfortunately not be able to replace your gift card.

• Where can DQ gift cards be used?

  For gift cards purchased using USD currency you may use your eGift Card or Plastic Gift Card at participating locations in the United States.

  For gift cards purchased using CAD currency you may use your eGift Card or Plastic Gift Card at participating locations in Canada.

• Where can I find the terms and conditions?

• Who do I contact if I have an issue with my gift card?

  For gift cards purchased online from DQ prior to December 2025, visit DQ Self Service

  For gift cards purchased online from DQ after December 2025, contact dairyqueen@wgiftcard.com or call (844) 861-0340

• Why isn’t my gift card working?

  Unfortunately, the magnetic strip on the back of the gift card can sometimes become damaged and unable to be read. Please complete the Contact Us Form here for further assistance with your gift card.
